Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only if requested within the same day of order placement.

  • Orders already processed for shipping cannot be canceled.

  • Cancellations for perishable items such as flowers and food items are not accepted.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are granted only if the product is:

    • Defective or damaged at the time of delivery (verified by the seller).

    • Not as described on the website (must be reported within the same day of receipt).

  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 6-8 business days.
